Once the registrant has complied with the requirement for registration, the document will be registered in KAVERI Application Software and returned to the concerned within 30 minutes .

Photocopier machines have been supplied to selected Sub-Registrars to enable them to issue certified copies of registered documents expeditiously.

Any document can be written and executed on plain paper. Within two months from the date of execution, the same can be got certified by the jurisdictional or Sub-Registrar. This will help to stop effectively the circulation of fake stamp papers and also to provide quick service to the registering public. People can pay the stamp duty through D.D. / Pay order or through challan.
