NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Registration Act 1908 (Central Act XVI of 1908), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints with immediate effect, the following officers as Registrars for the purpose of section 30 of the said Act. They shall function with concurrent jurisdiction as Registrars for the Bangalore Urban Registration District and shall be located in the office of the Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner of Stamps.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to section 6 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central ACT XVI of 1908), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints with immediate effect, the following officers as Sub-Registrars, for the Sub-Districts noted against them. They shall have concurrent powers with the Sub-Registrars of the concerned jurisdiction in the Bangalore Urban Registration District and shall follow the procedure prescribed in section 64 of the Act. Their offices shall be located in the office of the Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner of Stamps.
